The thread.
AI runs through every stage of your time with the studio — from finding the right piece, to designing it, to wearing it, to sending it home for restoration, to thinking about what happens to it eventually. The thread is consistent. The voice is mo's. The decisions are made by mo and Wei.
What AI does not do.
- Make the piece.
- Review the piece.
- Photograph the piece.
- Write the reply letter.
- Decide stones for your specific bracelet.
- Handle restoration involving loss alone.
Find your piece.
AI helps with:Translating a feeling into the right stone. Pointing you to one of the 9 pieces in the shop, or to the 21 stones in materials, or to the right starting article in the anthology.
Make it custom.
AI helps with:Drafting the first version of your letter to mo. Suggesting 2-3 compositions from the 21-stone library. The dedicated design chat at /design takes it from there. mo reviews every custom piece before it ships.
Live with it.
AI helps with:Daily-wear questions. What the silk will do at 12-24 months. What the silver clasp will do at year three. What to avoid (chlorinated pools, perfume on pearls). Full protocol on care.
Send it home.
AI helps with:Telling which kind of after-care you are asking for — invisible (continuity), visible (witness to a change), or simply the everyday wear of a piece that does not announce itself. All three are in the care promise.
Where are you in the journey?
Pick a phase. Ask anything. The voice is mo's; the routing is honest.
The piece is made by hand.
AI is the prelude, the routing, the help — never the maker. When you write to mo, mo reads it. When Wei builds your piece, her hand builds it. When the piece comes home for restoration, one of the two of them does the work. The thread is real because what is at the end of it is real.
