Every piece is made-to-order. From the day you approve our photo, expect 7–10 business days to most countries (US, EU, AU, UK). Express shipping is included, fully insured.

No problem — most people don't. Choose any size and we'll include a measuring strip with your order. If the fit's off, we'll resize and reship at no extra cost. Or, if you'd prefer, write to us before you order and we'll send a strip in advance.

Before your bracelet leaves our studio, we photograph it in natural light and send it to you for approval. If you don't love it, we adjust the design at no cost until you do. This is the core promise of every SENMOMO piece.

Because every piece is made-to-order with stones you helped select, traditional returns aren't usually the right fit. But: we won't ship anything you haven't approved (via our photo confirmation), and we'll adjust until you love it. For pieces from The Studio (ready-to-ship), we offer 30-day returns.

Yes — every stone is genuine, natural crystal, ethically sourced. Each piece comes with an authenticity card. We don't use synthetic, dyed, or treated stones unless explicitly labeled.

Our AI was trained on mo's past designs — it knows her color sense, her stone pairings, her aesthetic. You answer 3–4 short questions and it suggests three pieces. mo personally reviews and adjusts every AI-designed piece before it's made. The AI suggests; mo decides.

Every SENMOMO piece arrives in a small cream-and-linen gift box, with the bracelet's name card and mo's handwritten note. No extra cost. If it's a gift, add a personal message at checkout and we'll include it.
